i dint understand people meal prepping with rice. you do know that rice goes bad real quick? i dont eat 2 day old rice. always fresh.

I've been eating refrigerated rice for my whole life and nothing happened to both me and my family. i don't understand why you guys keep saying it goes bad after 2 days, while everywhere you search it clearly says it lasts for at least 4 with proper storing. there is a specific bacteria that grows on rice yeah, but only left at room temp.

well do you. so were supposed to have 3 meals per day. 3 of those meals are 1430 calories. some of us need to have 2500 calories per day to just maintain a healthy weight.

My biggest peeve is when people make just chicken or any other dry protein and add dry plain rice to it, like after reheating everything will have a cardboard texture
