As for me I will suggest you Use like 8-10m buy lands secure it and leave it, then use the remaining 5m to get keke with Enviable them because if you buy car for private use e go put too much eye for your body,..and if you come use the 15m take start business it's 50 50 and it will take time to grow it before seeing the profit

Divide the money into two, on the first half do land banking of the ones you can sell when leaving ur boss and other half can go for lands with lesser prices. Sell the first category of land and buy that car so you will learn thing you need when you are independent from ur boss. You can sell other lands and put them on business later. If you start any business now with that 15million you have to oversee the business because you are just growing.
