this isn't fully accurate. Xiaomi do copy. but so does Apple, Samsung and Google. in fact that's are many features that they copied from Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo. Those of you that used MIUI will now say that many features in that skin/ROM made it's way into Android and Apple ecosystem. lots of UI/UX blatantly migrated. and where Huawei, Xiaomi, BYD are now leading the West is now catching up. It's a well known fact that much of the innovation is being driven by Chinese engineers.
