Bro that's not al dente that's straight undercooked, the rind should be present but barely visible

traditional bolognese doesn’t have tomato in it, it’s a ragú, a meat sauce.

Serious question, once tomatoes go in, the pan will deglaze anyway. Why do we need the separate deglazing step?

“..don’t throw out those packs when you order Chinese…” like huh? What are you talking about? Do you live in a house that doesn’t have their own bottle of soy sauce?

When I add onions to beef that late in the cooking process they turn out crunchy. The carrots would to. I assume I’m cooking the beef too high and too fast. 🤔

1. To little soy sauce, and it’s suppose to be mushroom soy not Japanese. 2. U forgot beef stock. 3. The biggest mistake is not to add red wine… 4. Dijon mustard is nice also. 5. No thyme and oregano? Pretty sick.

the trick is to start with a complete cold pan. no oil. put a small amount of meat.
let it caramelized.
no water will appear.
add some more meat, gradually.
try this.
