Can anyone help me with an issue with my guinea pigs? I know it’s random but I have no issue what to do. My two males randomly started fighting yesterday I didn’t do anything until they fought enough for one to blood then I separated them I tried to keep them in the same cage just a bar between them but they fought to chew at the bars to attack each other again so I moved one to a tote which they both seem fine now but I brought the one in the tote to the other one still in the cage to smell and he immediately began teeth chattering again. They were completely fine before this growing up together ate each other, they slept next to each other, everything. I don’t have room to build another cage and I can’t stack cages to keep them separated from each other and living in a tote full time is abuse and stressful it was just the only thing I had on hand. I refuse to get rid of just one of them not only because there’s a chance the one I keep could become depressed, but I also don’t feel it’s right and I just can’t decide. I haven’t had them that long but they mean a lot to me and I would hate to get rid of them and if I do, I’d rather get rid of them both to someone who can have two separate cages just next to each other. Please help
