Afiyet olsun 🤌🏼 ⬇️ Ingredients 500gr minced meat (fatty) 1 pinch of parsley 1 large onion (grate and drain) Salt Black Pepper Pepper powder Cumin I served it with onion salad and roasted vegetables. * I mixed the minced meat, onion, parsley and spices without kneading it too much and put it on the tray. I spread it 1 finger thick and divided it into 6 equal pieces 2 fingers thick. Separate it well or it will stick together. * Preheated at 200 degrees on the preheated lower and upper setting, it all comes together in 20-25 minutes.
