the hardest choices require the strongest wills. some of the toughest things you do in your lifetime will take some form of sacrifice. for example, in pursuit of my goals, i’ve sacrificed a lot of time with people that i care about. it’s not an easy thing for me to deal with, but sadly that is a reality with chasing your own goals. i’ve spent hours, days, weeks, even years pursuing this. to be someone who gets to workout for a living. it’s weird because you all only see what i post, but not the 3am nights spent editing, hundreds of scrapped videos, things i’ve turned down because it doesn’t align with me, or any of that extra stuff. you just see this video and might be left with the idea that i just spawned with sponsorships and a half-decent physique. that’s just not the case and it shouldn’t be too difficult to realize you gotta do a lot to get to where you want to go. you might think it’s easy, and i wish it was, but that’d be a lie if i said that. trust me, im not out of touch. i’ve worked every job you can imagine and have tried every little way to make a dime. in all that experience, i still managed to do this on the side. so, here i am. if i can do it, why can’t you? why can’t anyone? i think it’s just a matter of a few things. most people put their own failures onto other people and then proceed to craft a deliberate way to make themselves feel better about their own shortcomings. they also would much rather not do anything and say that others just have it easier. stop blaming others and everyone around you for your lack of effort and do better. there’s a reason im here (and anyone else is here for that matter) and then the outside person who is hating isn’t. i genuinely believe if you want something, you can get it. just put your head down, shut up, and get to work. | clothes from @YOUNGLA code chuckie - new drop august 27th (batman & more) - @thechuckiedrain
