Days 1–2: Learn how to learn Most people spend years studying without ever learning how to study. Learn active recall, spaced repetition, and how memory actually works. The goal isn’t to study longer. It’s to remember more of what you study. Days 3–4: Learn personal finance Understand where your money goes before worrying about making more of it. Learn budgeting, compound interest, credit, investing, and how debt works. A few hours spent understanding money now can affect decisions you make for decades. Days 5–6: Learn communication Learn how to explain an idea clearly, ask better questions, listen without immediately responding, and speak with confidence. Being good at something matters. Being able to communicate that value matters too. Days 7–8: Learn human psychology Study cognitive biases, habits, motivation, attention, and decision-making. You’ll start noticing why you procrastinate, why certain things hold your attention, and why people make decisions that don’t always seem rational. Understanding your own brain makes it much easier to work with it. Days 9–10: Learn AI Don’t just learn how to ask ChatGPT questions. Learn how AI actually works, where it fails, how to give it context, and how to use it to research, brainstorm, analyze, and automate repetitive work. AI won’t make every skill irrelevant. But knowing how to work with it will change how you use those skills. Days 11–12: Learn digital literacy Learn how algorithms shape what you see. Learn to search properly, verify sources, spot misleading statistics, protect your privacy, and recognize when something online is designed to manipulate your attention. Consuming information is easy. Knowing what deserves your attention is the skill. Days 13–14: Learn how to build something Pick one small idea and actually make it. A website. A newsletter. A tiny app. A research project. A portfolio. You learn differently when there’s something real at the end of it. Day 15: Learn yourself Look back at the previous 14 days. What did you keep coming back to? What came naturally to you? What was difficult but interesting? You don’t need to have your whole life figured out.
