The health and well-being of educators matter too. The government and preschool operators should prioritise reducing unnecessary administrative work and reviewing teachers’ workloads, so educators can focus on providing children with the quality care and education they deserve.

u say child in early years important .. ok then the teachers pay soo low for the early years and the child to teacher ratio oso cannot make it . have they thought about the teachers mental health too and some of the teachers are parents themselves so they don't need spend time with their children? then when they have soo many leaves the singles have to cover their place won't it add more stress??

cost is one thing. can u get people to do the job? manpower is always an issue for this sector. also, whyyyyyy!? why put it on the sector? can't u just give the money to the mothers to stay home and care for their kids themselves? can we pls stop looking at mothers and schools like a factory?
