Follow these steps for the most perfect golden pan-seared salmon👇🏼 Pat your salmon filets dry, and season the non-skin side with salt, pepper and paprika. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Wait until it’s nice and hot (this helps with a good sear). Add 1 tbsp of ghee or butter to the pan. Place the salmon skin side up and cook for 2-3 minutes until it’s golden and easy to flip. Turn the salmon over and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the skin side. Add more ghee or butter, and garlic cloves. Tilt the pan and spoon it over the salmon for 1-2 minutes to infuse flavor and keep it juicy. To plate, sprinkle with flaky sea salt, and finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
