I make it into peach cobbler ice cream. Just roll out a premade pie crust and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar bake then let it cool and break into small pieces. Sprinkle into ice cream with the peaches.

From my wife's experience there were no mom cravings, even while breastfeeding, but I see from the comments they're not uncommon so 🤷♂️
