I’ve been updating my husband on the trial and also my opinion on it and he had a question that I don’t know how to answer. He said if the evidence is showing that she didn’t do it then why is Reddington pleading guilty by insanity instead of just not guilty? Thanks!

I’m struggling with how we even got to this point. I don’t even know how her confession is credible. She’d just been through a physically traumatising injury and all the subsequent surgeries to save her life. She was in the ICU in a coma with people speaking to her and around her about the case. ICU delirium is a documented thing. She experienced her arrest during that time. She had been deteriorating mentally before this. How is her confession credible when the CW investigation was so poor?
