Dementia is one of the cruellest diseases to ever be discovered 🥺.Were currently looking after my Dad who was diagnosed 2 years ago .Hes had a rapid decline and at times it’s really shit but while the family feel like we’re falling apart at the seams some days .Simon is absolutely fine ❤️with a big smile and loads of funny commentary to keep us going .Thank you Mick and his family for us to be included and no that were part off a community and not on our own ❤️🙌xxxx
