Obviously no experienced or inexperienced officer on the bridge would actually do this but modern studies show that if the Titanic had hit the iceburge head on she wouldn't have sunk.

If Boiler Room 5 and 6 hadn’t been damaged this could have happened. They would likely have ferried all the passengers to other vessels.

1:it wouldn't be as famous,Which means the movie doesn't get made which changes the careers of leonardo dicaprio and kate winslet 2:it would've sunk on ww1 either way and if it survived it would've been scrapped 3:Maritime safety rules wouldn't get changed such as the lifeboat capacity so More ships sink in the future
