That last one I would argue that many (MAYBE I'd even say most) women would genuinely prefer the SAHM life raising the kids in a nice home. The problem is that we live in a dual income economy. Very few men can afford the happy SAHM lifestyle that would keep a woman happy.

something crazier to think about the average age of a first time homebuyer in the baby boomer generation was 25 to 30 years old, here’s the kicker credit score didn’t exist until the average age of boomers was 35 that means majority of boomers bought their home before an imaginary number inflated it all
