@crimecasearchive: I know there will still be people to argue. Please do research. She can still get a not guilty verdict, it is just not likely. #fyp #lindsayclancy #truecrime #unsolvedmysteries #storytime
Do you know anything about the stipulations she agreed to?

it's still possible, sometimes people being thoroughly convinced with no proof is the way the insanity plea breaks down, people come in and out of lucidity, so even people who are actually insane during an "involuntary manslaughter" will be lucid enough to stand trial and explain the circumstances. if she wasn't lucid every time she's in the court room, she wouldn't be there at all, that's why they break sometimes, everyone in the court room has to be regulated enough to process the information. he's delusional thinking he didn't kill them because the girlfriend probably did it, that is what a narcissistic collapse actually looks like and I bet we haven't even seen the worst of it. shes delusional thinking she did with no proof, but that's not how insanity works, she would essentially be found not insane and simply a victim of drugging and torture, and then He would have to plea an insanity deal which wouldn't work because he didn't try therapy or meds or a shelter. it can still be a mistrial if they have solid proof he killed them absolutely, but they have to time the evidence right because that itself can sway the jury. he's also entitled to a fair trial, but it switches after everything is done right. trials can still get sabotaged in a way
