Once the clients insist on getting the materials, it’s no problem I just charge them for the BOQ and have them source for the labor/workmanship themselves.

3 years ago wen I let them buy material for me I regrets am, fake drilling bit when e go buy break, make e go buy original bit come the man start heavy query, the wife go dey bring bit one one, she go say 😂 wait make I call 🤙 my husband before I give you drilling bit, glass break in the process of glazing another heavy problem, ah God, Mr and Mrs adebola those people frustrate me

It’s because of how some supervisors behaved with other projects. They showed my babe shege in his last project, they stole a lot and added money to everything. Our next project we will buy by ourselves, no worry we work from home so we have time and workers that will deliver anytime you want if we are busy.
