@mandy_motherhood: Did it go as expected? Absolutely not. I felt like I spent most of the sermon pacing the hallway, trying to get my baby to calm down. Did I get anxious at times being in a new church around new people? Absolutely. But you know what? I didn’t go to church to sit quietly and listen to the sermon. I went to bring my family into the presence of God. And you know what else? God saw me show up and that’s what matters. Going to a new church by myself with all 4 kids was nerve wrecking…not going to lie. But everybody made me feel so welcome and seen. 🤍 So many amazing people and moms asked if I needed help and offered to walk with me, sit with me or talk with me. It was so heartwarming. One mom even brought me over to sit with her family in the overflow room. I felt so welcomed in this new church even admist the chaos🤍 #OOTD #christianmom #findingachurch #church #motherhood
