Been making this very chicken wrap since high school, and it’s still one of my favorites! Here is how to make it. Crispy Chicken Honey Mustard Wraps Chicken 1 lb chicken tenderloins 3 cups flour 2 tbs paprika 2 tsp salt 2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp pepper 1 egg 3 cups buttermilk Oil, for frying Mix the flour, paprika, salt, garlic powder, and pepper in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and buttermilk. Dip the chicken into the buttermilk mixture, then coat thoroughly in the seasoned flour, repeating 3 times for a thick coating. Fry in preheated oil until golden, crispy, and cooked through. Set aside. Homemade Tortillas 3 cups flour 1/2 tbs baking powder 1 tsp salt 1 stick butter, melted 1 cup warm water Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the melted butter and warm water and mix until a dough forms. Divide into 6 balls and let rest for 10 minutes. Roll each ball into a thin tortilla on a floured surface. Cook in a cast iron skillet over medium heat for about 45 seconds per side. Salad Tomatoes, chopped Red onion, chopped Lettuce, chopped Cheddar cheese, shredded Honey mustard Mix the tomatoes, red onion, lettuce, cheddar, and honey mustard together according to preference. Assemble Add the honey mustard salad to each warm tortilla, top with crispy chicken, then roll tightly into a wrap.
