wow tiktok really said it's a for YOU page jokes aside, this made me realize that the more friends I make, and the deeper I get into those friendships (which has happened more in the past few months than it has in a while for me), the more I crave a romantic connection. I think it's a combination of knowing more people who are in relationship (especially people who were single when we met and got into a relationship since we became friends), the fact that I'm meeting more and more people with shared interests, and a few failed dates ive been on recently so my hopes and my standards are both up. it also sucks cuz it makes it harder to find a relationship, but I've been single my whole life, what's a few months more, right? and I am keeping those standards high, I think everyone should.

At this point in my life, I get so much support, love, and companionship from my girlfriends and family. I'd love to have a partner, but I know I don't need it. It's really great to see other young women have the same experiences as me!☺️
