water pressure can slow the flow or stop it temporarily, but when i get my period i like to take warm baths to help with my cramps and i have to keep draining/refilling the tub because i still pass clots and bleed in small amounts while i am in the bath, so both things can be true, every vag is different

Your period actually does stop flowing out of you when you get in water but you can still feel it which actually makes you flex the muscle and that’s when it leaves your body and when you also get out of the water blood has a different viscosity as water so it’s different from the red food dye you’re using
