Wirtz and Isak won't work as long as we have those players surrounding them.Szobo slows down play,Gravenbech holds on to the ball and makes foward run while coming out of position, Gakpo the moment he gets the ball never thinks about passing to Isak,head down and when his closed down he gives a hospital pass to Isak.Wirtz and Isak thrive on one touch football.

Isak yeah but Wirtz gets so much unfair criticism. He always progresses play and tries to do something with the ball. Szoboslai as a sitter is the main problem. His profile & IQ isn’t good enough to play there. He doesn’t know when to go or stay & Newcastle literally used him being to high up as a trigger when to counter
