@solved.files: In June 2016, Cincinnati police arrested 23-year-old Thomas Robinson in connection with the shooting of 17-year-old Joseph Reno Armstrong Jr. at the Western Glen Apartments. While an officer changed Robinson’s handcuffs at the police station, surveillance footage captured Robinson reaching for the officer’s holstered gn and striking him during the struggle. Additional officers entered the room and used a Taser to subdue Robinson. Police said Robinson had heroin in his sock and a loaded 9 mm handgun when he was arrested. He was charged with mrder, aggravated robbery, assault, drug possession and possessing a weapon as a convicted felon.
