As a vegan, I would eat it 😅. But also 20 grams of protein means the noodles are probably protein noodles so that would make them a weird texture.

I’ve bought that brand “chef woo” the regular ones not the ones with chef Ramsey. I found that I had to book them much longer then it says because their protein noddles. And then they are still not great but tolerable.
