on the off chance I got a bench warrant and or hauled into court, 1st words out of my mouth "prove i received it" where's my signature or photo proof of hand delivery. just toss them in the trash.

I’m a retired State Trooper and I’m shredding every jury summons I get. Nobody ever got arrested for missing jury duty in my twenty years of service. It’s not even a thing. You think a homeless man gets a jury summons?

how do they know you got the notice? Unless I have to sign for it, i never got it. definitely beatable in court. ya it might inconvenience you in the long run, but they can never prove you actually got it. things get lost in the mail all the time. had an old layer tell me just ignore it you'll end up beating it in the long run
