@daturaaddict67: I don’t think these people were locals. When I waved they didn’t flash a smile or wave back like they should’ve. They stared at me like I was crazy. Instead of loitering around I drove the loop. Near the end I noticed their car blocking the path. I could have easily backed up or drove to the right of the car but the man and woman decided to get in their car and move for me. I rolled down my window and told the woman “you guys don’t have to move.. I can just back up”. Regardless they moved their car and I proceeded to leave them. First and foremost. He should have waved back. Secondly he shouldn’t let a random man talk to his date. He shouldn’t have been so quick to get in his car. I wouldn’t have let her speak to a random man. She wore a white sundress and had tan skin. Her hair was long, dark and curly. Just how I like it. He reminded me of a softer version of myself. One who’s less aggressive. One who isn’t as angry. I’m sure they’re on their way to some overpriced coffee shop. I’m sure he’s playing some pretentious indie bullshit on the radio. I’m sure by the end of the night her face will be in a pillow and her back will be arched. I returned 20 minutes later. I had hoped they’d still be there. More specifically her. They weren’t. She wasn’t. I drove by my mother’s house and the men have multiplied. 1 truck has turned into 2. There’s now a car and there’s still a trailer. White trash bullshit. More dopeheads to worry about. Can’t even explain this shit. Last night I had a few dreams. One of them took place there..at my mother’s. It was confusing in a way only a dream could be. All that matters is from the wreckage of my mother’s house came a soft woman. She wore a cozy yellow cardigan. I love yellow. I love when women wear yellow. I hugged her. It was quick. There were too many people around for the hug to linger. I wish it had. Even in the dream. I got into the car and wished they weren’t around. My next dream was. More abstract. I was in a waiting room or something. I met this “overly attached to me” family. They were so incredibly nice. I only cared for the mother. She had blonde hair and a mature face. Like a teacher. She could sense it. She wanted to soothe it.
