Okay so have started school again and I have POTs and I usually use my Apple Watch to monitor my heart rate but my school said that even with a doctors note saying it is medically necessary they will not allow me to use it and said I can go to the nurse office and check it anytime but the thing is my school is huge so from any of my classes it would take me at least 5 minutes to get there which would waste even more of my time then just checking it in class and I would probably pass out trying to make it there. Anyways does anybody have any tips on what to do and how to mange my POTs while in school?

I have a maxi dress I’m in love with that has built in compression wear and a hole too if anyone is looking for something a little more discreet.
