hi local here! there seems to be a lot of misunderstandings when it comes to traveling within Kyrgyzstan 😁 you can book different experiences, from nomadic/raw to luxurious. when you’re visiting nature spots ofc the hygiene situation isn’t ideal hence the cheaper accommodation but a more natural and raw nomadic experience. there’re tons of destinations that you can book from local companies as well as international. to all wanting to visit: please be mindful and respectful of our nature. we’re doing our best at keeping it virgin and clean. we hope you’ll love our country as much as we love it and treat it with respect 💗

Hope you enjoyed it! 🫶 Also, for anyone planning a future trip to Kyrgyzstan, I highly recommend visiting Sary-Chelek in the south of the country, a nature reserve with seven beautiful lakes. And go there from Bishkek by car, the road views are amazing! And Arslanbob, also on south part of the country. It’s home to the world’s largest walnut forest! It’s especially beautiful in spring, when everything is in bloom and the whole place looks almost like cherry blossom season!
