@tiff1740: 110 chickens processed and nothing goes to waste 🐔🙌 3 roasters going The backs, bones, scraps AND those chicken feet are getting turned into rich homemade chicken broth. 🥕🧅🧄 Those feet are packed with collagen and are going to make this broth incredible. Carrots, celery, onions, garlic, bay leaves and peppercorns all went into the roaster, then I covered everything with water and let it simmer low and slow. This is why I love raising our own food.
