Jake Tylor :
id put a shutoff valve on each of the segment, so that if for whatever reason one of them fills faster you can shut it off when it's dine

you need to create a loop on your main supply to create balance fed from side to side

You are definitely going to need a vale on each

To truly dial it in under pressure you need a flow control valve on each line…..you will see pressure drop across each outlet once its under pressure

Head is going to have more pressure than the tail end of your line, with an increase in volume when installed is going to change your flow. Anyone who has ever ran gates pipe in a field can testify to that problem.

Head loss will likely make each tank down the line fill slower than its upstream neighbor

Pressure compensating bubblers from irrigation could be your friend here. Cheap and way less finicky.

On my 300 I put a riser and a mixing valve so I only had to flip one lever. Filling and cleaning at the same time is the best.

Could not see the very end of the manifold but if you have about 6-12 in of pipe capped at the end it will create a dead head and will allow to balance automatically. It wouldn’t matter where the inlet is. Inlet could be anywhere on the manifold.

Or start from the middle but still need to downsize from 2 inch. 2 to 1.5 1.5 to 1 1 to 3/4 From end out or middle out.

A loop on the feed going to each end would create a more even flow.

Do not glue the last 90 so you can turn it pointing up to divert flow away.

downsize from the 2 inch 1/2 every 10 ft you'll have more than enough for a balance load.
