Absolutely I had a very heavy fall ,the doctors said I was saved by my body fat(Iand I'm not fat just thick) no bones broken no internal distress, if it had happened to someone else they would have been badly hurt..

when your body feels unsafe, it literally gets inflamed. If you're stressed for a long time and around ppl who do not wish you well, you will usually gain weight. For me its immediate, I am like a blowfish, I get swollen and my face gets real ugly lmaooo

I lived in a super unsafe place, walked 20k steps daily, weights, resistance training, diet etc etc, and I was 50 lbs overweight regardless of what I did. Only once I isolated and began to feel safe did the weight go down.
