Eyes and just general face you can also compliment. Like you have beautiful eyes or you have a cute face. Complimenting things that are often sexualised on a woman is not the best move. It also depends on what adjective you use and how you say it. Just be kind while giving a compliment!

I feel like eyes are pretty safe, appropriate time and place ofc. It's creepy to just walk up to someone and compliment their eyes but if you're having an actual conversation with them I think it's fine to observe what their eyes look like.

I love good hair, that's always a compliment that seems to be appreciated. especially "your hair suits your face so well" but only when it's true, we compliment with meaning not for points over here. otherwise I'm kinda oblivious to what's "good"

I feel like as long as you avoid being pushy or using sexual language you’re generally fine. Being told “wow you are so beautiful/pretty” is nice, just don’t be weird *after* saying it. Have it be something you would be comfortable saying to your mom or seeing someone say to your mom.

fellas, it's this easy..also, have three safe topics to discuss on deck at all times. give the compliment, move convo to something different after her response and watch her eyes. if she doesn't respond to the first convo cue, you have two others. if she doesn't engage on the second one, smile and wish her a good day and keep it pushing. a smile and wave or nod next time you see her and if she doesn't approach you then, don't bug her again. ever. it's not that hard, fellas. and it gives her a chance to approach you on second contact just in case she regretted not talking more the first time. the third convo topic is for in case you hit it off with the second cue and the convo changes, you still have something to keep the convo from going stale. 😉

Other men, a pro tip: nails compliment a woman's nails and you can see her eyes light up. Happens pretty much every time. In the event they aren't wearing polish or don't care about their nails, look for the thing they clearly spent the most attention on and compliment that. That is the thing they put the time into and your attention to that will be appreciated. Finally, just don't make it fucking weird dude. compliment without creepy is the key to success here. I've never had a person get mad at me for complimenting their choices and nails are the one that consistently finds success in my experience.
