Don’t be ashamed . I know if I see someone with extra skin I think how incredible that they lost the weight . It’s hard even with a glp1 and not that I matter but if I saw you that’s what I would think and I know I’m not the only one . I’m not trying to down play your feelings I’m just saying it’s ok to walk just as you are.

Yes!! This is me!! I lost 100 lbs in 2009 and I am so embarrassed of all the loose skin!! I had gastric bypass in 2009

You should really check out turkey or sum place that way to remove skin (with flight & care is always cheaper) than in the States.. I watch a lot of them video 😁
