I won’t agree to this completely. Sometimes, letting go is choosing your own peace, but that doesn’t mean you wanted to let go. May mga reasons tayo bakit natin naiiwan ang mga gusto at pinakamamahal natin, hindi dahil gusto natin, kundi dahil kailangan. Sometimes, you choose your own peace not because you stopped loving someone, but because you realized that staying is hurting you more than leaving. You can still love someone and choose to walk away. You can still miss them, care for them, and wish things were different, while knowing that you deserve peace too. For me, letting go is not about forgetting someone or pretending that they never mattered. It’s about choosing my own peace, even when a part of me still wants them to stay. And sometimes, the hardest choice is choosing yourself when your heart still wants to choose them:)

guys I told him how I felt and he politely rejected me. he said he appreciated me being honest with him but that he only sees me as a friend. and idk I can't ignore what I'm feeling. I'm a little bit sad and I just....idk. he also said he doesn't see himself in a relationship but oh.....I really really liked him and I thought he did too. I've been feeling a wave of sadness and weight on my heart. I've prayed to God so hard bro. I just found out yep, he definitely likes another girl too😢
