@amanda__.please: Custard Apple Slice Ingredients 1 × 340g packet Woolworths vanilla cake mix 100g butter, melted 530g canned apples, drained 1 tbsp custard powder Cinnamon, to taste Icing sugar, optional, to serve Method Preheat oven to 170°C fan-forced. Line an 8-inch (20cm) square cake tin with baking paper. Add the vanilla cake mix and melted butter to a bowl. Mix until a crumbly mixture forms. Press ⅔ of the crumble mixture firmly into the base of the lined tin. Toss the drained apples with the custard powder and cinnamon to taste. Spread the apples evenly over the base. Crumble the remaining ⅓ of the mixture over the top. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until golden.
