Ingredients: 1 glass of water (200 ml), 1 glass of milk (200 ml), 1 small glass of vegetable oil (100 ml), 1 egg white (egg yolk for brushing), 1 packet of yeast (10 g), 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 6 glasses of flour, 100 g of butter. For the dough, mix all the ingredients except the butter until a soft dough that does not stick to your hands is formed. Cover and let rise for 45 minutes. After the dough has risen, punch it down to release the air and gather it into a ball. Divide the dough into 8 balls and roll them out to a size of 20-22 cm. Place the rolled-out dough balls onto parchment paper and brush each layer with melted butter. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and shape them as shown in the video. Place the dough into a baking dish with a diameter of 30 cm and leave it in a warm place for 20 minutes. When the dough doubles in volume, mix 1 egg yolk with 1 tablespoon of milk and brush the top of the bun with this mixture.
