This part is hard. Knowing the work is there but not being able to see it on a normal day. I’ve had clients struggle with the same thing and there’s really nothing anyone can really say to make it easier, it just takes time. I think the biggest thing that helped me was stopping myself from standing in the mirror pulling at everything. The longer I stood there the worse it got, so I just started walking away instead. I stopped giving the mirror and my brain that power to be mean. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
