When you have the energy for it, try thinking about something that makes you happy! I know it might sound a bit lame, but sometimes you just have to think about the good things! but it really can help! Every night before bed, I think of three things I’m grateful for! No matter what, I KNOW I KNOW, I KNOW that you can handle this, and I’m right here if you wanna talk!!!you can handle ANYTHING in this world remember that!!!!!!! and there is still SOO many beautyful moments you havent expirienced yet!! Remember, beautiful, that the world TRULY needs you, that you are a huge gift to the world, and that the world is SO incredibly lucky to have you in it!!! And you really matter!!!!! You have so much worth, and believe me, the world would NOT and I mean NOT be the same without you!!! Even if it might feel that way, it wouldn't!!! You have a place in the world that NO ONE can replace!!!!! TRULY!!!!! and I TRULY mean that!!!!!! In the future, you will be SO incredibly happy and grateful that you chose to stay!!!!!
