Position the bed on the back wall and get headboard and you can watch the tv more comfortably. Put the gaming section in the corner to the left of the tv where the bed currently is. Bed side locker for you both

If there’s room, put the headboard on the same wall as the door. Small nightstand on each side. Would make the room feel better and function.
