Esoteric wisdom comes from within. They are the downloads you get from introspection: sitting with yourself long enough, sitting with the pain until you learn to alchemize and transmute it, facing your shadows until you learn to intergarate them, analyzing your thoughts in real time (meta cognition) etc. This is the kind of knowledge you get when you stop looking for answers outside and start looking deep within.

Talking about, or regularly mentioning, what people did to me in childhood doesn’t mean I’m stuck in victimhood.
I remind myself of what happened so that nobody does those things to me again—and so I don’t repeat the same patterns with other people.
Remembering the past is simply keeping track of history so it doesn’t repeat itself.
And if what happened was positive, then I’ll gladly talk about it too—not because I’m stuck in the past, but because good lessons are worth sharing and emulating.
Talking about history isn’t victimhood. Sometimes, it’s wisdom.

Gnosis - direct experiential knowledge of Spirit. You can only gain it by going through spiritual initiations. These initiations manifest as specific challenging life situations and circumstances meant to teach you certain things. After these initiations your entire being is transformed, mind & body. You gain a whole new, expanded perspective of reality.
