They are the downloads you get from introspection: sitting with yourself long enough, sitting with the pain until you learn to alchemize and transmute it, facing your shadows until you learn to intergarate them, analyzing your thoughts in real time (meta cognition) etc. This is the kind of knowledge you get when you stop looking for answers outside and start looking deep within.
