After you post anything to your story—whether it’s a 'thought,' a video from your page, or something uploaded and posted directly to your story—you need to MANUALLY ENABLE THE COMMENTS AGAIN! (P.S. if it was a repost from your page, they can't comment on that video on your page anymore either) Here’s how to give permission and enable again: Menu > Settings & Privacy > Manage Post > Manage Comment Permissions! If you see "comments not allowed" select ALLOW and update. Every single solitary time you post to story go check this...every single time! And check all of your other video's permissions too you there.
