Yeah i rocked the boat exposed my supervisor who threatened me i went to HR reported the incident rocked the boat they wanted to work with her but invited me in workgroup for my systems of efficiency, i smiled hand in my notice and left and started my own business 6 years ago. 😂 the supervisor left after me as she couldn t perform without the strong staff who “carried” her through her role 😂😂😂

Going back a few years now, my manager left the company to work for a different company, when he was sick or holiday I stood in for him. I had been doing this for years knew the job inside out, I was promised the job once he left, but then came the real shock, the company got someone from outside and asked me to train them up, I did have a meeting with HR and the other managers asking why haven’t I been considered for the position, they said we’re looking to go down a different route and unfortunately we need you where you are. The new manager came in and on he’s second day went home sick, the following week had 3 days off, the week after had 2 days off and handed his notice in, then I had another meeting with HR and the other Managers saying the jobs yours I said thank you but no thanks and handed in my notice. HR said it wasn’t personal we were trying to look down a different route, I said I took it personally I gave this company everything for the last 24 years, knew the job inside out no one had to train me for the position, the people who were working under me had someone in charge that knew what they were doing and you threw it all away. I got a managers position with another company and pays £12k more a year 2 weeks holiday more a year and bonuses. I still get messages from the people I used to work with asking how do we do this and that, I never reply, and think you figure it out I don’t work there anymore.
