@kliffbody: Here we go ⬇️ 1. Train each muscle twice a week. One session a week is not enough. Two sessions gives your muscles more chances to grow and more reasons to keep changing. 2. Slow your reps down on purpose. Three seconds down one second up forces your muscle to work the entire time. That is where real growth happens. 3. Sleep like it is part of the program. Muscle grows at night not in the gym. If you are sleeping less than 7 hours you are leaving gains on the table every single day. 4. Eat more on your training days. Your body needs more fuel on the days you break it down. Add more food on hard training days and give your muscles what they need to rebuild bigger. 5. Write down every single lift. If you do not know what you lifted last week you cannot beat it this week. Track everything. 6. Train your weakest muscle groups first. Your weakest muscle is holding your whole physique back. Hit it first when you have the most energy not last when you are tired. 7. Rest longer between heavy sets. Rest 2 to 3 minutes on your big lifts and watch how much more you can push every session. 8. Stay consistent longer than feels comfortable. Most guys quit right before things start to change. The best bodies belong to the guys who simply refused to stop.
