Leave a #✂️ if you like! 🤭 It was scary but satisfying at the same time to finally cut out the pieces for my summer sewing project. 🫣 As each jersey fabric has a unique and more give than other weaves I skipped making a mockup out of some cabbage first 🤪 If I made a mistake up to this point for example when choosing which size to choose from when cutting out the paper pattern I will simply have to do it again 😎 I ordered way to many yardage anyway since the recommended length of fabric for this garment referred to a less wider panel and since this is a loopwheeled jersey I have more than twice what I actually need. It took me ages to find a jersey without synthetic elastane to be closer to the historical origin and my personal choice of using sustainable materials.
