I just lost the woman I wanted to marry because of my cycles, I tried to change for her though.. I started therapy which I haven’t been in since I was 8 (with a bad therapist 😐) and figured out that I’m a fearful avoidant before the therapist did but in that month and a half of therapy I didn’t improve enough and she left, how do we get better? Through regular therapy or what? I legitimately don’t have a clue where to start but I want to be better 😭

& he did. The last time I spoke to him which was in April, he basically said he wouldn’t care if anything happened to me. He recently unblocked me and views some of my posts. I see now I was with a sociopath for 3 years and it still messes with me today. I’ll never understand how you can say that to someone you used to love.
