Idk if you've heard of pipe and tabor. Basically it's a flageolet you play one handed using overtones You can also get adapted flutes with extra keys to control with one hand

Might be time to check out brass my friend! Whole new world. Bugle and trumpet only need one hand, and if you get tired holding it up there are stands to assist with accessibility where you put it up but can continue playing. You could also learn piano and force people to do duets with you- basically like a team sport if you wanted 💛💛 there will be more instruments for you if you wish 😊. It may be time to hang the flute as an ornament in your home so it can still be a beautiful piece in your life
