My daughter developed something called transient tachypnia, rapid breathing rate as a result of having inhaled meconium. She was a few days late and started pooping in utero. She stayed in the NICU for a few days after birth. Thankfully she suffered no further complications except the occasional asthma attack as a child.

My first son was stressed heart rate dropped and this happened I had to have an emergency episiotomy as he swallowed the liquid he was not breathing at birth he finally cried after 2 mins longest moments of my life his goat was minus 2 and 9 mins he was a 5 monitored in incubator for 2 weeks with daily checks of his bloods it was quiet the experience for my first birth
