I always require they send the items back for a refund. They have to pay for return shipping. I hardly have returns.

I stopped selling game systems on eBay what they'll do is they'll just ship you their their old system that's broken or they'll open up your system and take stuff on something out like the power supply or the laser or whatever and put the broken one in your unit and send it back and they've done this like five times and people put void stickers on there and everything else and they get it like that they take Mr Hammer to the front whack it break it open get the components and take pictures and go look it arrived broken and maybe you'll get your insurance money back but out of the five cases I got insurance money for one I had to eat four other game systems that were like you know 80 to 150 bucks a piece so you know they're doing the AI thing and it's always the cheap customer too so it's getting really bad selling stuff online because they can take advantage of you I had a guy he sold a magic the gathering dual land that was like 650 bucks when they got it they said it was fake and they sent him back like a proxy fake that they just printed out and cut out and everything like that and it was his word against theirs and got you know 650 dollar card for free be careful out there especially selling online always a risk
