@holixtic: If you tried frog pose or 90/90 internal rotation lifts with the promise they will open your hips and great for pelvic floor and sciatica but all you got was a cramp this is for you! Here’s why they’re so hard: the obturator internus is a deep hip rotator, and your pelvic floor attaches directly to its fascia. Sciatica + pelvic floor tension are basically roommates. Tension in one will affect the other. This gentle hip rotation encourages gentle hip mobility and beats forcing if you have limited hip mobility. Use a towel under the knees if you need support. The more you do it, and increase mobility of the pelvis, hips, pelvic floor the lower back and sciatica will also loose its grip. Leave a 💜 if you want the full routine. Not medical advice. If you have active nerve pain, check with your provider first.
