i got diagnosed 4 years ago and all the mental health team in my area as done is give me meds, no therapy its a joke. when are people going to take mental health as serious as physical health.

I was once in A&E after harming myself (overdose). Although the Doctor was very compassionate and kind, the nurses just treated me with disgust weren’t happy having to deal with me. They actually questioned the Doctor on why I was having blood tests done and not waiting because others were requiring help. My diagnosis seems to mean I don’t matter and my pain means nothing.

Don’t help when people glamorise it tho ,it’s not a fashion accessory but a lot of people seem to think it is ! Also some people don’t want to help themselves !!

I’ve been completely abandoned by the mental health services all because……….I’m on a waiting list for specialist 1to1 treatment, its been 3 years waiting 😞
